Living Longer and Healthier
through Preventative Medicine
and Biotechnology
“2060” is a Foundation whose purpose is to help Humanity Defeat Aging by 2060
THE NEXT MAJOR REVOLUTIONS FOR HUMANITY:
FIRST PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE AND ULTIMATELY EXTENDED LIFESPAN
Living 150 years or even more is no longer a pipe dream. Science and medicine have made tremendous progress in Longevity in the last decade. We are the first generation in the History of Humanity for whom extended lifespan is an ambitious yet attainable goal. However, we need to foster public & political awareness, and channel massive financial & human resources into the Longevity Field in order to discover the secrets of life within our lifetimes.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER!
Our Activity
The “2060” Foundation is active in 4 main areas. Tackled together, we will push Humanity beyond the tipping point where everyone will want to live a long and healthy life, and where R&D will be easy to fund and support.

About us
We are a small yet vibrant community of research scientists, venture capitalists, medical doctors and entrepreneurs who believe in radical life extension. The most important breakthroughs in Human History happened because a small group of highly determined and well organized people believed it was possible, and acted upon it. We believe in long term plans and goals. We believe in audacity, persistence and determination. We want to make Longevity one of the most important topics of our epoch (such as AI and ecology are considered today).
DEFEATING AGING BY 2060
Roughly 4 decades to change everything. We overestimate what we can do in 1 year, and we underestimate what we can do on in 10 years. There’s a lot of work to do, but there’s a realistic path to get there in time. Let’s do it!
2 MAJOR COMPLEMENTARY YET DISTINCT AREAS OF ADVOCACY AND ACTION
Lifespan and Healthspan: 2 sides of the same coin
Healthspan means “how long we live in reasonably good health”. Using conservative 3P medicine (preventive, predictive & personalised), we can live 100 years in good health. It requires long-term thinking, self-discipline, self-education & self-exploration. There are 5 areas of intervention as of today: physical activity, food, sleep, mental health and drugs/supplements. However, these techniques, no matter how well applied, will not allow us to live beyond 120 years old.
Lifespan means “how long we live altogether”. In order to go beyond 120, we need to precisely understand how the biological processes of ageing work, and modify the human body in order to go beyond this limit. There are 14 so called “Hallmarks of Aging”, 14 biological processes which contribute to aging: genome instability, telomere shortening, epigenetic alterations, loss of proteostasis, deregulated nutrient sensing, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, altered intercellular communication, chronic inflammation (also called inflamaging – no pun intended), compromised autophagy, microbiome disturbance, altered mechanical and properties, splicing dysregulation.
The action plan is to tackle both healthspan and lifespan at the same time, in order to apply what we can do today (improve healthspan), but also invest and prepare our future (through fundamental R&D).

JOIN US, WE NEED YOU TO HELP US REACH INDEFINITE LIFESPAN
Reaching Indefinite Lifespan requires massive human and financial resources (yet negligible if we look at what we want to achieve).
